The Marketing Trainee rotation program spans over a period of 12 months, offering a comprehensive experience in various professional domains within the marketing field, which includes but not limited to cut-through brand marketing campaigns, digital marketing, influencer management, and e-commerce. Trainees will have the opportunity to actively participate in diverse brand campaigns and initiatives, fostering their skills and knowledge in these specialized areas of marketing. The program also provides hands-on experience in online digital marketing, equipping trainees with the necessary skills to navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape and effectively engage with target audiences. Requirements A bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be recent university graduates. Eager to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Fashion enthusiasts with a keen sense of fashion are preferred. Having internship experience in the fashion, retail, or FMCG industry would be advantageous. Target to hire 2-3 Marketing Trainees in 2024. Qualification High awareness of PVH and its brand portfolio. Merchandising Trainee Position descriptions The Merchandising Trainee role is a vital component of our young talent programs, designed to cultivate and develop future professionals within the brand management team's merchandising function. The 12-month program offers hands-on experience in product assortment, inventory management, pricing strategies, and contributes to the “win with the best product” strategies. Through this comprehensive program, Merchandising Trainees will develop a solid foundation in merchandising principles, preparing them for successful careers in the dynamic world of retail. Requirements A bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be recent university graduates. Strong numerical skills to effectively analyze data and make informed merchandising decisions. Background in apparel engineering or textile engineering is preferred. Having internship experience in the fashion, retail, or FMCG industry would be advantageous. Target to hire 1-2 Merchandising Trainees in 2024. Qualification High awareness of PVH and its brand portfolio. Strong aptitude for quick learning, logic thinking, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges. Store TraineePosition descriptions: Store trainee is set as one of our young talent programs to prepare future retail management talent pipeline for own retail department. We provide fast track career path for excellent career prospects, professional management support and mentorship, as well as attractive compensation and benefits package. The rotation plan will take 12-18 months from onboarding training, first foray as Fashion Advisor, Upskilling stage as Senior Fashion Advisor (alternatively store visual merchandiser or in-store coach) to landing as store management role, In-store Visual Merchandiser or In-store Trainer. Requirements Fresh graduate of university or college. Love retail industry and willing to work in frontline. Have fashion sense. Eager to develop selves in a quick manner.
